Falcon Soccer Travels to England
MONTEVALLO, Ala. –
The
University of Montevallo men’s soccer team is making a
historic trip for the program. For the first time since
the programs inception in 1994 the team will travel
overseas. The Falcons are spending 10 days training on
foreign soil. Throughout the trip the team will keep
their fans updated with a blog written by some of the

Maloney Signs Professional Contract with Harrogate Town
Football Club
HARROGATE, England –
Former
All-American soccer standout at the University of
Montevallo, Jonathan Maloney (West Yorkshire,
England) has signed a professional contract with
Harrogate Town Football Club of the Blue Square North
League in Harrogate, England. Maloney and his new
teammates wrapped up their preseason schedule undefeated
with a 2-0-4 record.

Montevallo Lends a Helping Hand to Local Family
MONTEVALLO, Ala. –
The University of Montevallo men’s soccer team reached
out and embraced the local community by volunteering to
support the Greater Birmingham Habitat for Humanity.
Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit Christian housing
ministry that builds quality, affordable houses and also
revitalizes existing homes. Their central aim is to
encourage family stability and promote self-sufficiency,
while endorsing educational achievement and responsible
citizenship.
