Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey

 

At the end of April 2009, Technology Services conducted its annual Customer Satisfaction Surveys.  These surveys provide an opportunity for university faculty, staff and students to participate in an effort to improve the technology services provided to the campus community.

Note: Individual responses are held in strictest confidence and are used solely to help improve technology services provided to the University of Montevallo.

 

Overall, a total of 102 students, 48 faculty and 62 staff responded to this year's survey invitation.

On a 5 point scale with 5 = Very Satisfied and 1 = Not Satisfied, their Overall IT Satisfaction was as follows:

  • Faculty - average of 4.20 with 47 faculty responding to the Overall IT question;
  • Student - average of 4.23 with 87 students responding;
  • Staff - average of 4.19 with 62 staff responding;
